Kiss Me Kate (13 – 16 May) was possibly one of our best shows ever. The atmosphere on stage was positively electric – we had great audience who were very enthusiastic. We’ll post a review and some pictures ASAP. Meanwhile – if YOU saw the show and want to comment you can do so by clicking the ‘comment’ button on this page.

We start rehearsals for Babes in Toyland on June 2nd with auditions on Sunday 21st June – details will be on the website in the next few days.

. . . and what do YOU think?

For the ‘official’ NODA review of our last show, Die Fledermaus, see SHOW REVIEWS. A Review of Kiss Me Kate will be posted there ASAP.

We would love to hear what you think of our shows. Here’s a note Spencer received from a friend after she had seen Die Fledermaus.

Hello Spencer,  Just to say how much I enjoyed the show last week, what lovely voices to sit and listen to and understand every word, i was really taken back with the volume of the lead singers voices the women were really quite petite individuals but there voices were so powerful.  Excellent entertainment at such a reasonable cost. What a wonderful night out

 Regards  Margaret

Dear Kiss me Kate!

I am an habitually reluctant visitor to musicals/operas/shows – not only do I hate going to London, but Monteverdi or rock and roll is more my thing – but my husband loves them so I go occasionally (under duress).
However, Kiss me Kate was so enjoyable I might even be enthusiastic about the next one!
Definitely your best show ever – I’ve even found myself humming some of the songs from the show (disgraceful).
Thanks to all from a reluctant convert!

Another superb production! Such enthusiasm. The dancing was particularly good. Just so enjoyable! Many thanks all of you.
