This year is bigger and better than ever and we’re looking for you to nominate the people, shows or moments that stood out from the crowd and brought the curtain down (quite literally in some cases!)

We produced four amazing shows this year. People were eaten alive in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, there were festive frolics in the ‘2017 Christmas Concert’, we headed to the hottest spot north of Havana in our May 2018 musical ‘Copacabana’ and Wimbledon Village welcomed its first ever male mermaid in the always crowd pleasing ‘Summer Cabaret!’

These awards are fun, frivolous and tongue in cheek (this isn’t about finding South West London’s Steven Spielberg or Kate Winslet). We want to hear about the things that didn’t go according to plan…those moments that made you howl with laughter.

What are we looking for?

Did a technical mishap upstage everything?
Did someone milk their performance a little too much?
Was someone late for an entrance, or miss it entirely?
Or perhaps someone was showing a bit too much unintentional flesh?
Hopefully you get the picture. This is not a definitive list, so cast your minds back and use your imaginations!

How to nominate

Email with the name of who you want to nominate, the show and details of the incident (if you can provide photo or video evidence – even better).
Nominations close on 22nd September!

The WLOScars awards ceremony
