Would you like to join us in our annual concert of Christmas music? It’s our usual mix of community carols and festive performance at the Lingfield Hall, Wimbledon Village, and it’s at 8pm on Thursday 15th December. The producers, once again, are Jan Huckle and Libby Asher; Giles Kennedy will again be at the piano; and we have a new music director this year, Jonathan Brigg. The main chorus music will be the programme we prepared for last year’s cancelled concert.
 

The concert is presented by the Wimbledon Village Club, who provide the hall, the mulled wine and the mince pies. Friends are invited to join the singing, without any subscription or show levy. We aim to learn as much as possible by heart, but black music files can be used in the performance.

 

Ladies wear long evening dress, gentlemen DJs and a red bow tie.
 

There will be a £5 charge for tickets. They will be distributed via the singers and the Club. All proceeds go to St Raphael's Hospice: money from the tickets, donations, and a raffle on the night.

Lingfield Room available for singers from 6 o’clock, doors at 7 30pm
 

If you can’t make it to enough evening rehearsals, you will also be welcome at the Songs on Wheels afternoon rehearsals, at Avenue Hall in Raynes Park, singing most of the same music.
