The WLOS Annual General Meeting, which takes place in early February, is your opportunity to hear about the society’s activities over the last year and future plans in the Chairman’s and Treasurer’s reports. Most importantly, you get to vote for your 2026-27 committee. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions arising from the reports and agenda.

Committee Elections:
The AGM is when the new committee is voted in. Anyone who is an active member of the society (performing/non-performing/Life) can run for any position, provided they are nominated and seconded by other active members. Committee roles are listed below, and role descriptions can be found here
