WLOS were increbly excited and proud to be one of the first UK AmDram societies to bring this soaring, emotional story of the 9/11 response of the citizens of Gander, Newfoundland to the 38 planeloads of confused, distressed air passenges whose flights were diverted in the immediate aftermath.

Taking on the story of the turbulent love life of Charity Hope Valentine, a hopelessly romantic but comically unfortunate dance hall hostess in New York City, our exuberant cast of New York natives brought irrepressible energy, humour and joy to this classic musical.

We explored the dark side with this twisted, macabre but ultimately redemptive story that combined stunning, emotionally charged songs with elements of dark fairy tales, love, and betrayal to create an unforgettable production.

WLOS presented our Little Show of Horrors this Halloween! Don’t let the word ‘little’ fool you…there was nothing small about this ‘scream’ of a show that featured the ‘creepy crooners’, ‘horrifying howlers’ and ‘rock-y horror’ hits from some of the best loved (and slightly scary) musicals.
